Responsibilities
Actively participate in day-to-day operations in a fast-paced restaurant.
Respond promptly and respectfully to guest needs.
Assist in the training and development of new hires.
Open, close, lead shifts, and manage keyholder responsibilities.
Monitor team performance and address behavioral or performance concerns.
Set the tone and culture for the shift.
Accurately count cash drawers and close out day-end procedures.
Build strong emotional connections with guests and team members.
Qualifications
Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Strong people skills with a heart for service and leadership.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service.
Previous supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred but not required.
Must be able to work as part of a team with shared responsibility.
