We are currently seeking an experienced Painter (Independent Contractor) to join our growing team. Painters are at the heart of our mission to beautify communities. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Complete on-site painting jobs as required.

• Select the best application methods for each project.

• Answer customer questions and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Clean up job sites daily.

• Maintain inventory, vehicle, and equipment.

• Prepare surfaces for painting (washing, scraping, sanding, etc.).

• Mix and match paints to achieve desired finishes.

• Apply paint using brush, roller, or spray gun.

• Perform minor repairs such as caulking, plastering, and patching.

• Provide job estimates and explain work orders to customers.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Prior painting experience required.

• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.

• Ability to learn and teach new processes.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and the public.
