Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional ADL (Activities of Daily Living) services to residents in an assisted living setting.

• Administer medications accurately and timely in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

• Record medications administered and monitor residents for side effects.

• Maintain organized medication carts and rooms.

• Report changes in resident conditions and side effects to supervisors promptly.

• Support resident socialization and participation in community activities.

• Comply with all facility policies, including Residents’ Rights.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• MedTech experience or certification.

• CPR or BLS certification.

• Physical Test and TB Test completed within the past year.

• Driver’s License or State ID.

• Successful completion of state Medication Technician Exam.

• Completion of approved CNA or PCA program per state/federal regulations.

• Minimum of 6 months MedTech experience.
