Chick-fil-A Tempe is now hiring Front of House Team Members for an exciting 3-day workweek schedule! Work only Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday, always have a weekend, and never work Sundays.

Whether you’re a student, pursuing a side hustle, or want work-life balance, this opportunity offers full-time pay in just 3 days or flexible part-time options.

Compensation:

• $16/hr – Full-time with open/close availability

• $15.50/hr – Full-time without open/close availability

• $15.10/hr – Part-time with close availability

• $14.85/hr – Part-time, high school diploma or GED, no closing

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile

• Provide prompt and friendly service

• Communicate effectively with guests and coworkers

• Prepare and serve food safely and quickly

• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards and dress code

• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 16 years

• Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented

• Cheerful attitude and service-minded

• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

• Open to flexible scheduling
