Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, courteous customer service while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.

• Participate in daily team meetings to align on goals and maintain high customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Promptly resolve customer complaints to retain and promote customer loyalty.

• Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers in a face-to-face setting.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support others.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client needs.
