About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping others and building lasting relationships? We’re hiring a Customer Relations Representative to support a State Farm Agent remotely. You’ll play a key role in delivering top-tier customer service and promoting a variety of insurance and financial products tailored to each client’s needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships

• Educate customers about insurance products via personalized consultations

• Identify customer needs and schedule follow-ups or policy reviews

• Assist with lead generation and connect with new prospects

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

• Collaborate closely with other agency team members

Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary: $37,000 – $45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or insurance experience is a plus
