The Bartender at Sunny’s plays a key role in delivering our nightly dinner party atmosphere. You will guide guests through our curated menus, craft classic and house cocktails, and create unforgettable experiences. Successful candidates will have a strong service background, deep knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and a passion for hospitality and team culture.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests in beverage selection and curate a fun, memorable dining experience.

• Lead and inspire the service team, promoting a positive, high-energy environment.

• Host a nightly dinner party atmosphere while managing service bar and guest interactions.

• Educate the team on beverage offerings and steps of service.

• Assist with daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

• Maintain and curate the wine list with ongoing improvement.

• Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and accurate invoicing.

• Ensure regulatory compliance with HR, DOH, DOL, and building safety standards.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Strong service background and leadership in guest experience.

• Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to engage guests, multitask, and manage energy in a festive setting.

• Ability to lift up to 40+ lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and carry multiple plates/glass racks.

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Previous experience in floor management preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation:
Hourly – $10.00 plus tips
